Short characteristics of the site: Series ouf outcrops on a river bank exposing conglomerates of the Rokytná facies. They represent part of a great allluvial fan. Sedimentologically interesting locality. Mentioned conglomerates fill part of the Boskovice Graben. It is classified as a Natural Reserve.
