Geology

Short characteristics of the site: Natural outcrop on the slope. Uppermost parts of the Klabava Formation are exposed with typical fauna. Also some interlayers of volcaniclastic sediments occur and a diabase sill.
Regional geologic unit: Bohemian Massif - crystalline complex and pre-Variscian Palaeozoic - Bohemicum (Central Bohemian region) - Barrandien
