Short characteristics of the site: Outcrops in the river bank expose the Lhoty Formation (Albian) and the Veřovice Formation (Middle and Upper Aptian) of the Silesian Unit. Black shales prevail through the whole section. Sedimentologically and stratigraphically important locality.
