Geology
Short characteristics of the site: Outcrops formed by the Nýřany Member (Westphalian D to Cantabrian), dominated by sandstones, arkoses, conglomerate and claystone. Specific relief forms due to differential resistance to weathering. Finds of fossil flora. Carboniferous sediments are transgressed by sediments of the Bohemian Cretaceous Basin.
