Geology
Short characteristics of the site: Concentrated groundwater discharge known as the Račický springs in the Svitava River valley (over 100 l/s). They drain glauconitic sandstones of the Peruc-Korycany Formation of the Bohemian Cretaceous Basin. Marlstones of the Bílá hora Formation are exposed behind a fault.
