Permian conglomerates and sandstones with pebbles of quartz, quartzite, andesitoite, metamorphic rocks etc. are unconformably overlain by Cretaceous quartzose sandstones. Well developed fossil weathering profile, approx. 3 m thick, is at the upper-most part of the Permian sequence, underlying immediately sandstones of Korycany Member. The dip of the strata is anomaly steep (75 - 80 to SW) due to the flexure at the present base of the Cretaceous.
