Geology
Short characteristics of the site: Krkonoše-Jizera Massif. National Nature Reserve in the Protected Landscape Area. Dominant rocky features also in form of castellated rock massif. They are formed of biotite granite. Protected rock group with pillars and columns is called Frýdlantské cimbuří (the Frýdlant Battlement). Many meso- and microrelief forms including potholes can be found.
