Short characteristics of the site: Rock city (castellated sandstones) developed in medium- up to coarse-grained sandstones of the Jizera Formation. Ferricrete is developed which makes some layer more competent and thus selecive weathering forms bizarre relief phenomena. So called capstones are most remarkable. Very popular and attractive locality.
