Geology

Short characteristics of the site: Rocky hill with outcops of the Dvorce-Prokop Limestone of the Praha Formation (Devonian) and overlying lower parts of the Zlíchov Formation. In the road cut interesting example of tectonic disturbances can be also seen. This locality is registered and the whole area is candidate for establishment of the Geopark of Joachim Barrande.
